20 years, 13 books.
Having graduated from Broadcast Journalism on a Friday, I began work on my first novel, 'Lion & Lamb' Saturday, and haven't stopped writing since.
A quarter-finalist in the 2006 Amazon Breakthrough Novel Award (ABNA) contest, 'Lion & Lamb' was added to the curriculum of a local high school the following fall. Combining elements of (decidedly exaggerated) life experiences with a love of boxing and athletics, a career in the fitness industry followed, and, soon after, 'The Meathead Manifesto' was created.
My plan is to bring the 4th & Goal Publishing brand into the mainstream, offering my generation a slightly-skewed and irreverent take on fitness, nutrition, and relationships.
Combined with my other novels, 'Writing In & Of Color,' 'Conversations with Tibor,' '1,205 Things I Want to Tell You' and 'Thoughts for Thots,' six poetry collections, a Children's Book, and a tongue-in-cheek fitness guide, I've been busy.
My works are now available on iTunes, and through amazon.com, Chapters, and Indigo online as well as in mainstream Chapters and Indigo Stores.
